Are you attending an upcoming event but curious about a few things? we got you covered.

Facility amenities - The venue has full heat and A/C for all sorts of Wisconsin weather! We keep the thermostat set at 72 degrees but that can still feel chilly to some, so we advise those who tend to get chilled easily come prepared with an extra layer. There are open and accessible coat racks in the foyer and restrooms on the main floor with baby changing stations.. There is no ATM on site; the bar accepts all valid debit cards and all major credit cards.

Accessibility - the facility and parking lot are fully ADA compliant.

​

Alcohol - Wisconsin State Law prohibits any carry-in alcohol onto the premises. Violations of this law subject fête to having it's liquor license suspended or revoked so we take this very seriously. Alcohol brought on site will be confiscated and the violator will be subject to fees of up to $50/container. Please enjoy the beverages your event host is providing!

Bar Tabs & Gratuity -  We accept all major credit cards for bar tabs. Note, automatic gratuity of 18% is added to 1) all tabs of $50 or greater, and 2) to any abandoned tabs at the end of an event. Please remember to close out/sign your tab in-person before you head home!

vendors  - While fête does operate the bar services, all other vendors providing services during an event are contracted by our clients. If you really enjoyed your experience with or have feedback about a specific vendor, we would love to hear about others' experiences. The best way to let us know is to fill out a 'Contact Us' form found at the bottom of any page of our website.

Smoking/Vaping - Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the building and on the back deck. Designated smoking/vaping areas include outside of the main building entrance and on north and south suite patios (these are private patios for use by the wedding party only). Individuals who are found to be smoking or vaping anywhere other than the designated areas will be notified of the building policy. If they continue to disregard building policy they will be asked to leave and those who do not leave voluntarily will unfortunately need to be escorted off the premises by authorities.

Shuttles - If your host has contracted a shuttle service and you have questions related to it, please contact your host; fête does not collect rides times from our clients so venue managers will not know the shuttle schedule details.

​

On site, outdoor ceremonies - fête wedding clients have until noon the day before their big day to decide if they will have an outdoor or indoor ceremony during our peak season (May - October). If the ceremony is held outside, please be prepared with proper footwear to walk on the grass.

Nursing/pumping - If you have a little one you'd like to feed or pump for in private, please discuss with your host about using the north suite connected to the main hall. Please come prepared with your own insulated storage for milk as we cannot store this in our coolers.

​

Left Behind Items - Often times the last people to vacate the building at the end of an event are our clients -- please always check with your event host for any missing belongings they might have scooped up on their way out the doors. Items that didn't end up going out with our clients are held for 14 days before being donated to a local Good Will. The best way to reach us about missing items is to fill out a 'Contact Us' form found at the bottom of any page of our website.

Hotel accommodations - There are 5 hotels within a 10 minute drive of fête including the Holiday Inn Express, La Quinta Inn & Suites, AmericInn, The Delafield Hotel and The Hilton Garden Inn. All hotels are easily accessible from the interstate and are close to shops and restaurants. There is also The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee which is about 15 minutes away and features an indoor water park.
